“ There aren’t words to express how much Heather and Tessa not only made our day perfect but also relieved and incredible amount of stress leading up to the day. We could not have made this day happen without them. Consistent professionalism throughout the planning left us feeling confident and comfortable with decisions. Their knowledge of what needs to be done and the timeline they provided kept us on track.
In my opinion, the true test of an event planning company isn't when everything is going smoothly, it's when there is a wrinkle that needs to be addressed. We had one of these such wrinkles. I asked my now wife to schedule a zoom meeting with Heather and Tessa so we could discuss the apprehension I was feeling with a specific vendor we had picked. As the zoom meeting began they already had a replacement vendor lined up, that had availability and was ready to help us, this all without Heather or Tessa knowing what I wanted to discuss. They had the same feelings and were already taking care of the issue. That was nothing short of amazing!
In closing, Tiffany and I can't say enough good things about this company. A 5 star review doesn't do justice to what they bring to the table. Put your trust in them and they will bring you the day of your dreams. We not only gained a company we will recommend to everyone but we gained two very good friends that will hold a special place in our hearts forever!”

They are so incredibly organized and it’s a huge bonus that they exclusively work with The Barn at Greystone Farm as they know the venue well and the vendors that frequent it. They were able to answer all my questions along the way with ease! Our wedding day would not have gone nearly as smooth as it did without them there. Heather and Tessa were able to add the finishing touches to our decor, communicate with and direct vendors and even took care of a couple hiccups I didn’t know happened until after the wedding! One of the biggest helps was having nearly all our decor packed up for us by the end of the night so clean up was a breeze after the reception. I can’t recommend Perfect Timing Event Planning enough!”

“ I just want to start out by saying that Tessa and Heather were AMAZING! We weren't sure if we “needed” an event coordinator but we thought we would give it a shot, and thank god we did! They were literally the added piece that helped make the wedding complete. From the first interaction with them, to the end of the reception, they were always there for anything we needed. They helped make sure we were prepared leading up to the day of the wedding. They helped answer any questions and pointed out key things that we didn’t even think about. They then helped us practice the rehearsal the night before the wedding, which was a huge help. The day of the wedding, they helped make sure all the decorations were turned on, and looked perfect before guests had arrived. They also helped show vendors where to set up when they arrived. This was a HUGE relief!! They also made sure to keep things moving on time and communicated with us so much during the wedding. With them I did not feel an ounce of stress! At the end of the night, they broke down decorations and had everything ready to be loaded into the vehicles just as the last song was playing. From their communication, their quick responses and the way they professionally handled themselves.. I 100% reccomend them! You will not be disappointed, I promise you that!!”

“ I can't say enough good things about Tessa and Heather. They truly go above and beyond what their listed services are. If your looking for someone to help take the reigns to steer your wedding in the right direction these are definitely your ladies!! Even months prior to the wedding they did not hesitate to set up a meeting to help me plan my timeline. And make sure I had all my ducks in a row with other vendors. They provided me their cell phone numbers so I could easily reach them by text or call anytime of the day. And trust me I sent my fair share of late night texts. They always answered right back! As a bride that stresses this is a huge deal!! The day of rehearsal they truly prepped my bridal party on how wedding day would go. Come wedding day they were right there along side us between make up and hair to making sure bouquets were set out and ready. They truly think of everything and above all make sure the bride and groom's wishes are honored. “I want to thank you both for being so wonderful! And being so flexible and patient with absolutely everything and everybody! I’m so sorry everything got switched up all day last minute but you guys just completely rocked everything and I seriously can’t thank you enough. “Tessa and Heather were the glue for my wedding day. Communication was a breeze, the second I had a question, they answered it within 5 mins over text. The planning documents helped with keeping everything organized and everyone on the same page. Rehearsal went so smooth, and Saturday was free of any headaches (that I know of because they simply just took care of everything for me) By the time we were shutting down the bar and DJ, everything was cleaned up and organized for me. They kept me running on time, and even when I wanted to veer off of my timeline, they went with the flow and helped make sure it was still perfect! I could not recommend them enough, I would be kicking myself if I hadn’t gotten all their help!”

“I got married on October 28, 2023. Hiring perfect timing events was absolutely worth it! Pre-wedding, I was texting them with questions and opinions and they helped me organize a time line, a seating chart arrangement, and so much more. They were there for rehearsal as well. Perfect timing events set up the ceremony decor the day of, tore down the outdoor chairs, moved outdoor ceremony decor inside to use at the reception, turned on battery candles and neon sign before guests went into the venue and filled the water pitchers on 24 tables. They handled ALL the vendor communication and packed everything away in the totes I brought stuff in at the end of the night. If there were hiccups, I never knew about it because they handled everything! I danced with my husband to the very last minute and when the lights came on, the majority of stuff was already taken care of and we got to load up and go home. I can’t even imagine the stress I would have felt without them. Thinking about everything they did and the stress they took from me, they were the most important vendor I had. They worked so hard to make my day so easy for me and I am not sure what I would have done without them. Spend the money, you deserve it and they will not disappoint you! I am hoping to see them again, as my sister is wanting to book them for her own wedding after seeing how incredible they were.”

Tessa and Heather at Perfect Timing Events are genuine, fabulous people. They both are the kind of individuals that would do anything they could to help you with whatever you need. From super helpful motivation to keep on task, to coming along to rental appointments to help you articulate your vision, to letting you vent when things aren’t going perfectly (thanks again, Mother Nature, for the rain!). If you’re not sure if having a planner is worth it - please trust me… these two ladies are 110% worth it!! Amazing women! Heather and Tessa made sure I got the dream wedding I've always wanted. They took care of everything and made sure everything ran smoothly. I trusted them throughout the whole process. Whenever an issue occurred they were right there with a solution, 3 of our boutonnieres never came and they even made their own! All of their ideas were perfect, they took care of making sure our card box got where it needed, as well as helping us clean up! 100% recommend them!

Where to begin?! Tessa and Heather were absolutely amazing! There is no way our wedding day would have ran as smooth as it did without their help! Leading up to the wedding Tessa and Heather were very knowledgeable of the venue and answered any and all questions we had, even helping us decide on our table set up inside the barn. They helped tie all the loose ends together and took care of everything the morning of - everything I never would have had time for! Heather and Tessa were above and beyond from start to finish!!!!! Literally could not have imagined our wedding without both of them!!! Worth every penny!!!!!! They helped with my nerves so much and they always thought of little details that I did not think of. They always every little text message I sent almost immediately!
