We are so grateful for all of our couples!

I got married on October 28, 2023. Hiring perfect timing events was absolutely worth it! Pre-wedding, I was texting them with questions and opinions and they helped me organize a time line, a seating chart arrangement, and so much more. They were there for rehearsal as well. Perfect timing events set up the ceremony decor the day of, tore down the outdoor chairs, moved outdoor ceremony decor inside to use at the reception, turned on battery candles and neon sign before guests went into the venue and filled the water pitchers on 24 tables. They handled ALL the vendor communication and packed everything away in the totes I brought stuff in at the end of the night. If there were hiccups, I never knew about it because they handled everything! I danced with my husband to the very last minute and when the lights came on, the majority of stuff was already taken care of and we got to load up and go home. I can’t even imagine the stress I would have felt without them. Thinking about everything they did and the stress they took from me, they were the most important vendor I had. They worked so hard to make my day so easy for me and I am not sure what I would have done without them. Spend the money, you deserve it and they will not disappoint you! I am hoping to see them again, as my sister is wanting to book them for her own wedding after seeing how incredible they were.

Tessa and Heather at Perfect Timing Events are genuine, fabulous people. They both are the kind of individuals that would do anything they could to help you with whatever you need. From super helpful motivation to keep on task, to coming along to rental appointments to help you articulate your vision, to letting you vent when things aren’t going perfectly (thanks again, Mother Nature, for the rain!). If you’re not sure if having a planner is worth it - please trust me… these two ladies are 110% worth it!! Amazing women! You won’t regret it and you’ll likely get two fabulous friends in the process!!.

Heather and Tessa made sure I got the dream wedding I've always wanted. They took care of everything and made sure everything ran smoothly. I trusted them throughout the whole process. Whenever an issue occurred they were right there with a solution, 3 of our boutonnieres never came and they even made their own! All of their ideas were perfect, they took care of making sure our card box got where it needed, as well as helping us clean up! 100% recommend them!

Heather and Tessa were above and beyond from start to finish!!!!! Literally could not have imagined our wedding without both of them!!! Worth every penny!!!!!! They helped with my nerves so much and they always thought of little details that I did not think of. They always every little text message I sent almost immediately! ANDDDD they cleaned every single square inch of the wedding venue the day of our wedding and took all the energy away from us!!!
