Our story

Oddly, the story of Perfect Timing Event Planning started with setting up friends who fell in love. Tessa and Heather, friends for years, were excited to see their friends get married. They offered as wedding gift to help finish planning their wedding so they could enjoy their love. Every thing fell into place, well, perfectly. Timing worked out for them to take on a side gig to help other brides share in their wedding excitement.

Tessa is a Project Manager during the day so planning comes second nature for her. She will keep detailed notes to help your day run smoothly. A certified wedding planner, this has always been a dream to help couples celebrate their special day!

Heather has worked as a daycare teacher, summer camp director and is currently an Administrative Assistant. Planning and organizing has always been at the core of her jobs and something that she enjoys doing in her personal life as well. She excels at doing the same for our couples. Creating calmness and organization during what can be an overwhelming process is our goal for all of our brides.
